Mohan Bhagwat, chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), said on Saturday that selfish people should stay away from the Sangh, urging people to join the organization for the purpose of uniting the country. I made an appeal.
Bhagwat said at a volunteer meeting in Panaji that people should at least participate in RSS, even if only for a short time, to better understand it.
“When people ask me what they get from joining RSS, they say they get nothing. If there is, they can come. Selfish people should stay away from Sang, it’s good for them and good for us,” Bhagwat added.
“I want to unify the country. A nation progresses when the social vision becomes clear and the modest becomes rich. Looking at the progress of the nation from independence to the present, the national progress line parallels that of society. We should contribute to the country and work for the betterment of society with your ideas or by becoming a member of Sang. We need to move forward,” said the head of RSS.
Bhagwat is in Goa to attend the organization’s ongoing national coordination meeting.
He also said that if India were to become a Vishwaguru, everyone would have to work together.
“By strengthening society, we can see good things happening in the world and in our country. If we work together, history will record that a country became a ‘Vishwagur’ simply because society reached a higher level,” he said.
“I appeal to you to join Sang. There are no rules. You can leave at any time. , if you feel what I say is right today, be a Sang ‘caricarta’ and have the freedom to make your own decisions. But when you figure it out, you never leave San,” he said.
