Pursuant to the order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, it is hereby notified that a hearing will be held before Professor Emeritus Lewis L. Stanton on January 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Judge Daniel Patrick Moynihan, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007, for the purpose of determining: The action in the above caption consisting of one hundred and twenty five hundred thousand dollars ($12,500,000.00) in cash, set forth in the Settlement Agreement agreed upon at, should be found fairly reasonable and appropriate for the members of the class.
