The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced on Thursday that the second round of free trade agreement negotiations between Qatar and the Kingdom of Morocco was held from 22-23 January.
The Qatari delegation was led by the Director General of International Cooperation and Trade Agreements at the Qatari Ministry of Commerce and Industry Saleh Abdullah Al Mana, while the Moroccan delegation was led by the Director General of Trade, according to a statement issued by the ministry. The second round is a continuation of the first round of negotiations held in Rabat, Morocco in November 2022.
During the talks, both sides stressed the importance of concluding agreements and emphasized cooperation in ways that serve their common interests.
