“One of the things people do in January is over-restrict.
“Yes, there was an abundance of Christmas food, but I’m probably sick of it already, so I’d like to start eating a little more healthy.
“But we’re coming into the new year, completely limiting everything, eating everything out of the cupboard so it doesn’t exist anymore, and banning all those foods.
Sarah said this would inevitably lead to failure and should be avoided altogether.
she continued. She then wants them again. ”
Further clarifying the issue, Sarah continued:
“But these are very difficult to sustain and unsustainable, meaning you end up overeating and going round and round in this yo-yo diet cycle.”
Sara kept opening the lid on your determination and how you can see real and lasting results the right way.
she said.
“You take advantage of the fact that food was plentiful at Christmas.
“And the fact that I want to start making more goal-oriented choices to move forward with my diet without restricting food.
“Focus on what you can add, not what you can remove.”
Sarah said this includes not banning specific food groups.
After a motivational speech, she concluded by offering one last helpful tip.
