Ordinary general meeting on February 7, 2023 |
EXEL Industries hereby informs its shareholders that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 10:30 am.
The notice of the meeting was published today in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires. It sets out the agenda, the resolutions to be presented, and the main conditions for participation and voting at the meeting. Meeting notices are also posted on the company’s website under Investors/Annual Meetings.
A dividend of EUR 1.05 per share will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting.
Other documents and information relating to this General Meeting of Shareholders will be made available to shareholders from 17 January 2023, subject to applicable laws and regulations, and can be found on our website.
