JONESBORO โ District Judge David Boling has set a bond of $25,000 for a 19-year-old Jonesboro man who recently failed to appear in circuit court.
All of Jonesboro, along with Charles Sanders, 52-year-old Jeffrey Dutton, and 38-year-old Jessica Garner, were searched at 10:00 a.m. Monday afternoon by agents from the Second Judicial Drug Task Force in their 1500 block residence on French Street. was later arrested.
According to the Jonesboro police report, agents worked with agents from the Craighead County Sheriff’s Office to visit the residence for a probation investigation of a woman living there and to investigate Sanders, who had a valid felony warrant. Attempted arrest.
While covering the rear door, the agent saw it open and Sanders attempted to escape through the rear door.
Agents opened the back door and began ordering Sanders to leave. After some time, Saunders came out of his residence and followed his orders. After detaining Sanders, a security sweep was conducted throughout the residence when Dutton and Garner were inside. Sanders, Dutton, and Garner all had valid felony warrants for their arrest and were all taken into custody and transferred to the Craighead County Detention Center.
A search warrant was then drawn up and presented to Judge Thomas Fowler, who approved the warrant. During a search of the residence, agents found his Glock Gen 5 9 mm handgun fully loaded with his 31-round magazine and one chambered in his chamber. According to reports, the firearm was found in the bedroom where several pieces of clothing were placed.
Sanders has also been charged with theft for receiving firearms worth less than $2,500.
Dutton has been charged with credit/debit card theft and credit card fraud. His bond was set at his $3,500.
Garner was also charged with theft through credit/debit card acceptance and credit card fraud. His bond was set at his $1,500.
In other cases, Boling found probable cause for prosecution.

Michael Bull, 44, from Jonesboro. Possessing more than 2 grams but less than 10 grams of stimulants or cocaine and possessing drug paraphernalia with a felony charge. $5,000 bond.
Robert DeWitt, 45, from Jonesboro. Possession of more than 2 grams but less than 10 grams of marijuana. $4,500 bond.
James Hall, 32, from Jonesboro. Possession of less than 2 grams of stimulants and possession of drug paraphernalia. $1,500 bond.
Jonesboro’s Travis Hawke, 29, Possession of more than 2 grams but less than 10 grams of meth or cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia for felonies and misdemeanors. $5,000 bond.
