Brenda has provided her transition support until she became her. March 3, 2023to retire and demonstrate consulting capabilities for future special projects.
Mr. Bohnen has over 20 years of senior legal advisor experience, including being Bio-Techne’s Associate General Counsel since 2019. Co-led his most recent M&A efforts, most recently Corporate Sustainability. He protects Techne Enterprise. Prior to joining Bio-Techne, Mr. Bohnen gained extensive experience in life sciences litigation as a private practitioner for 10 years, practicing on behalf of life sciences manufacturers and providers in more than 60 US jurisdictions, eventually reaching Bowman & Brooke LLP. Mr. Boonen also served as in-house general counsel for Smiths Medical, taking on more responsible roles including providing global legal support for the entire conglomerate across five different companies. In addition, as Resideo’s in-house counsel, he assisted with three successful acquisitions, numerous process and culture improvement initiatives, and several strategic reorganizations.
