JONESBORO — A Joyner man was given a $250,000 bond for failing to appear in Craighead County Circuit Court on various felony charges.
Clarence R. Williams Jr., 31, was originally charged with aggravated assault, a felony in possession of a firearm and less than 4 ounces of marijuana in a September 2021 incident.
Special Judge David Goodson of Paragould found probable cause Tuesday to indict Williams.
Williams’ next court date is January 18 at Craighead County Circuit Court.
In other cases, Goodson has found probable cause for prosecution.
Tamara Hargett of Jonesboro, Possession of less than 2 grams of methamphetamine or cocaine. Released on an interim bond of $1,500.
Jonesboro’s Melvin Grimes, 53, Possession of less than 2 grams of stimulants or cocaine and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Released on an interim bond of $2,500.
Barnderius Dismuke, Jonesboro, 18. Breaking into or entering a vehicle, stealing property from a vehicle, or fleeing for a petty crime. Released on an interim bond of $3,500.
Philip Shuler, 45, from Jonesboro. Second degree counterfeiting and possession of less than 2 grams of meth or cocaine; $5,000 bond.
Timothy Paul Hughes of the Bay, 28, Second Class Battery/Police or Paramedic Injury and Second Class Minor Welfare Endangerment. $5,000 bond.
Daphne Whitman, 42, from Jonesboro. with probation violation; $15,000 bond;
Wynn’s Mark Ponder, 23, did not appear for a felony; $10,000 bond;
Jill Lane, 49, from Jonesboro. did not appear for a felony; $10,000 bond;
Bono’s Billy Stevens, 61, did not appear for a felony; $5,000 bond;
Nazarie Meadows, 39, of Jonesboro. did not appear for a felony; $5,000 bond;
Kayla Spelling, 19, from Jonesboro Possession of marijuana for delivery, felony omission, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. $10,000 bond.
